WOW, what a great hosting service, they make you feel right at home and not like Hostgator where you feel like a money pig to them. Since I hosted with them my website hasn't go down like the previous Hosting companies.
TMDHosting will see me for a long time, keep up the good work guys.

I had got a desire to make my own commerce, but I did not earn enough amount of money to do it. Thank God my close mate proposed to use the loans. Thus I received the financial loan and made real my old dream.

I have needed assistance the past several days, and have communicated with several employee's at TMDHosting, my latest technician whom has been extremely helpful and advising me with any questions I had. David P. is whom I have had my latest benefit with working with and has been very pleasant to work with. He is very knowledgable, friendly, and prompt. I was never provided short answers, or template/automated replies to ALL of the questions that I have needed assistance with regarding everything from hosting, installation, suggestions, tips, and advice. I will be recommending TMDHosting to all my tech associates, and wanted to let everyone know how pleasant everyone has been and the level of support that I have recieved from David P. this evening is nothing short of stuller. I was running a Moodle course LMS for my students on GoDaddy's supposedly "Ultimate" Linux 4GH Shared Hosting service that was supposed to scale according to traffic needs.
However, GoDaddy's servers would slow to such a crawl that not only could my students not login, but they could not access their assignments, homework, problem sets, quizzes, etc. After contacting their notoriously difficult and unresponsive tech support, I was in a desperate search for a new web host.
When you read reviews of what's out there, it's pretty spotty and hit-and-miss--mostly people either love their web hosting service or they HATE them--not much in between.
After reading about another teacher in a similar predicament as mine, I decided to go with TMDHosting's VPS service, and even though I am just beginning to use them (tonight actually), I am already giving them a "10" because of their company's AMAZING support team.
They have been extremely responsive and have helped me successfully migrate my Moodle installation over to a VPS server (which takes technical know-how and savvy to move the right data folders, MySQL databases, edits of PHP config files, and scripts to update the installation)--AND they have taken the time to answer all of my questions and suggest the right upgrades at the right times based on what I needed from my Moodle LMS to work properly for my needs and number of students.
In an age where getting to work with REAL people with REAL knowledge who can get REAL work done, this is very refreshing and what distinguishes TMDHosting from all of the other competitors out there.
You can also tell from the length of this review that I am extremely happy with TMDHosting, and will be recommending them to my colleagues and at conferences I will be presenting at.

Truthfully, there were some issues at first. But in this high tech industry there are so many things that can go wrong that you must expect a few bumps occasionally. That is probably why you see some negative reviews here. They most likely didn't give a chance for the issues to be resolved. If you've ever worked customer service you know some people you just can't make happy.
Anyway, the proof is in the pudding...My site is a Dolphin Community Script. Very demanding website with RMS (Ray Media Server) which most hosts charge big for or don't even offer! FREE HERE! Just go to my site's link above, make a free profile, and try the video chat and you will be sold. But, please don't stay on long because I want the bandwidth for my regular members.
Lastly, let's get real on claims of "unlimited bandwidth, etc.", almost every host says it, so if a host doesn't say it, then would you choose that host? This business is not yet regulated, so if they don't say "unlimited" their business is dead. On the flipside, common sense tells you there is always a limit...If you go to an "all you can eat" buffet and you manage to eat $100 worth of food for only $10 every night, how long do you think that buffet will stay open? Nevertheless, there is always someone that tries to scam the system. So, I expect "fairness" not "unlimited". But if I don't get "fairness", you can bet your last nickel I will be back here posting it! Just like I will post it all over the web.
I have documents that prove my step-son was a pain in the rear to them and they still helped me in a quick, professional manner. Also, I can provide proof in documents to you that we hosted with Certified Hosting 1st. They were a nightmare compared to TMD. Trust me, after this last issue we had, I wanted to give Jeremy a tip for making things so simple to understand....but he refused the money and that's why I took time to write the truth here.
I promise to keep my review here updated in case they change.

Hi eveyone,
I have been using TMD hosting for almost a year, I have started with shared packages and now I'm on their Dedicated Server. their support is completely different to any other web-hosting you might have experienced, they do any thing to help you keep your website in best condition, you name it, they are doing it right away!
it is somehow impossible to find such a helpful and caring support team in hosting industry. (if you find, let me know!)
I have tried 8 other hosting, popular hosting like godaddy, iPage, MochaHost and ... non of their support level are even close to what you gonna receive from TMD.
Most impressive part is, they have got experienced and professional technicians on their support team, these days finding such a support is equal to GOLD!
TMD is the one and only hosting company in hosing industry, the rest of them are scam!

I was having serious trouble with my previous hosts not being able to support my Dolphin and Moodle sites. There was a massive difference when I switched to TMD. But more importantly, the quick and helpful support from the staff has been really refreshing.
